This Dutch province is one of the top addresses on the Dutch coast, and not just for people from the Ruhr area. For us, it was once again a glimpse into the past. Independently of each other, we spent a lot of time here.
At Brouwersdam, where windsurfers used to cavort, the sky is full of kites. - In Scharendijke, where a caravan of divers used to cross the dyke, there are now no-diving signs. - But one thing is still the same: the kibbeling in Vishandel Van Beveren, in the Brouwershaven, still tastes as good as it did back then.
